With the processes of forming and surface technology we can now implement all processes of bending workpieces with subsequent precisely defined surface for your workpieces. Lohn-Grinding: new machines for short processing times

Vibratory finishing is a process for surface treatment. In DIN 8589, the process is referred to as vibratory machining. The process was first developed by Walther Trowal, which is why vibratory grinding has become known as a licensed technique under the term „barrel finishing“. With vibratory grinding we can adapt, change and vary the surface texture as we wish.

Vibratory grinding makes it possible to deburr, smooth and polish, clean and descale, mat and grind workpieces as we wish. The workpieces can also be degreased and de-oiled via vibratory grinding.

In order to provide the best service for our customers throughout Germany, we have now integrated a circular vibrator in our machine park. With this all-rounder we process and separate your workpieces. The bandwidth is particularly large due to the circular vibrator. It is suitable for small workpieces up to large voluminous and bulky workpieces. A round dryer was purchased to match this, which is very well suited for drying many workpieces in one process. Thus we achieve a fast drying and a shiny, grease-free surface even with large quantities. Both machines can also be used separately for different jobs in the throughput process.

Also new at UfG Gotha: For contract manufacturing we now use two new centrifugal machines. The so-called centrifugal slide grinders are optimally applicable for edge rounding and deburring of smaller workpiece lots. Here we can guarantee a very short processing time.
